Some of you may have noticed that we have implemented a new Ratings System for the ladder. Ratings are calculated using the Elo Rating System. Google it if you would like to learn more about the Elo Ratings.
Along with the new Rating System comes a new Title. The Ratings Championship (Crown) which will be awarded to the Duelist with the Highest Rating.
Because I'm to lazy to calculate everyone's rating, we will all be given the default rating point of 1500. The ratings will become more accurate with every duel you play.
News: Must be in Chatroom to use Hamachi networks!!!
There have been some issues with people impersonating others and/or not reporting ladder duels on hamachi. So starting today anyone not in the chat room (#duelcentral) will be kicked from Hamachi Network's DC 1 and 2.
You can join the chatroom by clicking on the "Chatroom" Link above or you can use an IRC Client (mIRC) to connect. (#duelcentral on Webchat server). If you need help setting up mIRC please check the FAQ.
Also note only ladder duels started in the chat room will be support in case of disputes. So if you dueled someone outside #duelcentral chatroom and he doesnt report, dont go crying to a mod or admin.
